About this policy

Smart Video is a brand owned by SmartCore LLC, registered at 25 First Ave SW STE A, Watertown, SD 57201, USA. This policy describes how SmartCore LLC handles personal information across its websites and (when available) the Smart Video desktop application.

Website

The smveo.com website is a marketing and information site. We do not set cookies for tracking purposes. The site is served behind Cloudflare, which keeps standard infrastructure access logs (IP address, timestamp, URL); we do not export, share, or repurpose those logs for anything other than infrastructure diagnostics.

Smart Video desktop application

The Smart Video desktop application is in pre-launch development. When publicly released, it will follow these privacy principles:

• No collection of personally identifiable information without explicit consent.
• No telemetry by default. Optional opt-in usage analytics may be offered later.
• Generated content remains on the user's device unless the user chooses to share it.

The exact terms governing the application will be finalised before public availability and will be published here.

Children's privacy

Smart Video is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
